A new survey of 5,000 buyers has revealed that in the south west, 48 per cent of people visit six or more homes before they make an offer.

Secondly there is Price. Only a professional agent with expertise at selling your type of home in your area can know the market well enough to advise on the right asking price.
Finally there is Promotion. East of Exe promotes clients’ properties on the two biggest property portals (Rightmove and Zoopla, where over 90 per cent of buyers start their searches). We also advertise in key local newspapers and magazines and our staff are regularly quoted in national and local newspapers seeking expert comment.
