Buying the house or our dreams would not have been possible without the outstanding service of the East of Exe team. We only went to Lympstone for a quiet weekend and left having viewed an 1840 character property. Over the weeks that followed, our interest turned into a firm offer and ultimately a purchase with the staff of EoE backing us all the way. From viewing to completion took about 12 weeks and throughout that time we were constantly kept up to date with developments and supported when our seller became really quite difficult.
