Emma joined the Exminster office in 2014 and brings with her 10 years of letting experience overall. Emma was born in Exeter and offers a good knowledge of the area. One of her main roles is looking after all tenancy applications and ensures the process runs very smoothly for both tenant and Landlord. Her polite and sunny personality is often commented upon in conjunction with professionalism to both our tenants and landlords. When not at work Emma is a busy mum, living locally in Dawlish where she enjoys walking on the beach with her family.
