The largest online estate agency may be in trouble – and this is just the latest sign that sellers are preferring to put their faith in ‘High Street’ agents with offices and staff, rather than internet ones. Purplebricks has issued a profits warning saying:
Two other online agencies – Emoov and Tepilo – recently entered administration leaving sellers high and dry. Earlier this month another, House Network, said some staff would be made redundant. At East of Exe and West of Exe, we firmly believe High Street agents are a safer bet for sellers, and much more successful at getting a sale at the best price.
